We work only with quality materials like solid gold, sterling silver, gold vermeil and conflict-free sourced, sustainable gemstones like moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. Every element is chosen with care so your jewelry looks incredible and lasts beautifully for years. 

  • Signing up for our newsletter on the website is the easiest way. We’ll send exclusive updates, early peeks and sweet deals straight to your inbox. If you’re into a little daily inspiration, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks and fun style tips, you can also follow us on Instagram

  • The most accurate way to find your ring size is to pop into a jewelry store and have a professional measure your finger. If you want to check from the comfort of home, grab a piece of string or thread, wrap it snugly around your finger, mark where it overlaps and then measure that length with a ruler. Compare your measurement to our ring sizing chart to find your match. All our rings follow standard U.S. sizing, but if you’re still unsure or want a second opinion, our friendly team is always here to help. Reach out to us and we’ll gladly guide you to your perfect fit.

  • Definitely! At Vianisa, you can customize your piece to your heart’s desire to make it even more special. You can choose a different gemstone, pick another metal or color or add a personal engraving, maybe a special date, your initials or a message that means something just to you. 

Warranty

  • Yes! Every Vianisa piece comes with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. If there’s a manufacturing defect or damage, we’ll repair it or replace it right away. It’s our way of making sure your jewelry stays as special as the day you got it. For the full details about our warranty policy, just reach out to us.

  • There are a few exceptions our lifetime warranty doesn’t cover. Normal wear and tear like scratches or small dents aren’t included. Accidents, such as dropping your jewelry or exposure to harsh chemicals, as well as loss or theft, aren’t covered either. If your jewelry is repaired or altered by anyone outside of Vianisa, the warranty will no longer apply. For those situations, even if it’s not covered by warranty, we offer care and repair services. Just get in touch, and we’ll be here to help you keep your pieces looking their best for years to come.

  • We don’t have a specific insurance plan or partnership with insurance companies. If you want to insure your jewelry, we can provide all the documents you need, like invoices and appraisals, to make that process easier with your chosen insurance provider.

Orders

  • Absolutely. Shortly after you have placed your order, we’ll send you a tracking number along with all other details about your purchase. You can easily track your order and delivery details using this number. 

  • Changed your mind or spotted a mistake? No worries! Just email us with your order number and let us know you’d like to cancel as soon as possible. We’ll cancel your order right away. Just keep in mind that once your order has shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, our friendly team is here to help with returns or exchanges.

  • No, you can place an order without an account. Though, we highly recommend creating one because it has a few advantages. For example, with an account, it is easier to track your order. You can also view your shopping history and manage your addresses.

  • We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes! We offer fast, free shipping worldwide, so your favorite pieces get to you without any extra cost.

  • After you place your order, we usually need about 3–5 business days to craft your piece with care. If your order includes personalization, like engraving, it might take just a bit longer to create. You can always check the exact shipping time on each product’s page. Once your piece is ready, shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

  • Once your order ships, domestic deliveries within the US usually arrive in 2–3 business days. For international orders, shipping can generally take up to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Whether it’s for a last-minute surprise, an anniversary gift or that special proposal, we offer expedited shipping to get your jewelry to you faster. This service comes with a small extra fee, but it’s worth it when timing is everything. Just a heads-up: the expedited shipping fee isn’t refundable if you decide to return or exchange your item.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can definitely make changes. Just reach out to us with your order number and let us know what you’d like to update. We’ll do our best to make those changes quickly and smoothly. Keep in mind, depending on what you change, it might add a little extra time to the production process. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returning or exchanging is just as simple as shopping at Vianisa. If your item is unworn and unused, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to send it back for a hassle-free return or exchange. We want you to love every piece, so if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to make it right.

  • Just reach out to our Customer Experience Team with your order number, and we’ll get the return process started for you. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and guide you every step of the way to make sure sending it back is easy and hassle-free.

  • For all U.S. orders, we offer free return shipping within 30 days as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the tag still attached.

  • It depends on the kind of customization your ring has. If your ring has an engraving, there’s a $40 fee to remove it. This fee is deducted from your refund or added to the cost if you choose an exchange. Custom-designed rings or those that have been resized or altered can’t be returned unless there’s a production defect. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team. We’re always happy to help!

  • You can exchange your item within 30 days for a different size, style or color as long as it’s available. Just email our Customer Experience Team with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make sending your item back easy. Once we receive the item and confirm the exchange, we’ll quickly get your new piece on its way. Just make sure your item is in its original condition, unused or unworn. If you need any help along the way, our team is here to make the whole process smooth and simple.

Cleaning & Repair Services

  • Absolutely! We offer a range of care services from ultrasonic cleaning to polishing to keep your jewelry shining bright for years to come.

  • Definitely! Our repair and maintenance services include prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning. Just reach out to our Customer Experience Team whenever you need a hand.
