Expedited shipping comes with an additional fee, and unlike our standard shipping, this cost is non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.

What to Expect After You Place Your Order

We know you’re probably checking your inbox already, we would be too. So here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what happens after your purchase:

1. Order Confirmation

Right after you place your order, you’ll get an automatic email confirming your purchase, along with your order number. 

2. Handcrafted Just for You

Once your order is in, our team of skilled artisans gets to work. Production times can vary. You’ll find specific timelines listed on each product page.

3. Beautifully Packaged

After your jewelry is crafted, we’ll place it in our signature Vianisa box and package it securely, with care and a whole lot of love. We also offer special discreet packaging in case you’re planning a surprise. Just drop us a quick message and we’ll take care of it.

4. Shipping

Once it’s ready to go, your Vianisa jewelry will be handed off to our delivery partner. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

Can I cancel or update my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to help whenever we can. Once you place your order, our team begins processing it quickly to ensure timely delivery. This means we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need assistance, you’re welcome to reach out to our Customer Experience Team. We’ll review your request and see what may be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update the delivery address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
