We offer free 30-day returns for all customers, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Below, you’ll find a simple step-by-step guide for returns and exchanges, along with key guidelines to keep everything smooth and stress-free.

Exchanges

  • To initiate the exchange process, contact us via email at care@vianisa.com with your order number.

  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Once the returned item arrives and is approved, the new piece you’ve selected will be shipped out.

Returns

  • To initiate the return process, contact us via email at care@vianisa.com with your order number.

  • You will receive a prepaid return label.

  • Once the returned item arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed. This usually takes about 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and documentation.

  • Items that are worn or missing tags may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs.

  • Engraved rings can be returned or exchanged, but a $40 engraving removal fee applies. This fee will be added for exchanges and deducted from your refund if you return the item.

  • Customers are entitled to up to two complimentary returns per year, with one return allowed per order. After the 2 free returns, returns can still be made, but a restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return, in our sole discretion, if the returned items do not meet our return guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items

Please keep in mind that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have previously been exchanged.

  • Personalized pieces like name bracelets and necklaces (engraved rings are an exception and can be returned, but a $40 engraving removal fee applies for returns or exchanges).

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.

  • Custom-designed jewelry, unless there is a production defect.

Comparison Purchasing Policy

To maintain fairness and sustainability of our services, we have a policy regarding comparison purchasing, which refers to ordering multiple products with the intention of keeping only one and returning the others.

If an order is suspected to be a comparison purchase, those items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

We understand that selecting the perfect piece can sometimes require careful consideration. If you’re unsure, we kindly ask that you order one item at a time. This helps us make sure all our customers get what they really want and help keep our business thriving long-term.
