Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21st, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Farko Tech Inc., doing business as Vianisa ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the website at vianisa.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit the Site, contact us, or make a purchase. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Who is responsible for your data: Farko Tech Inc., 98 Cuttermill Road, Suite 466, Great Neck Plaza, NY 11021, United States. Email: care@vianisa.com

This Site is operated from the United States and primarily serves US customers. If you visit from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the "Your rights in the EEA and UK" section below also applies to you.

The personal information we collect

Device information. Browser type and version, IP address, time zone, cookie data, the pages and products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. Collected automatically via cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels, to load the Site correctly and analyse usage. Shared with our platform provider, Shopify.

Order information. Name, billing and shipping address, payment information (including card details), email address, and phone number. Collected from you to process and fulfil your order, take payment, arrange shipping, send invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, and screen for fraud. Shared with Shopify and with our payment, shipping, and fraud-prevention providers as needed to complete your order.

Account information. If you create an account, your username, password, preferences and settings, and the items you add to your cart or wishlist.

Customer support information. Any information you provide when you contact us for support, including your name, contact details, and details of your enquiry. Where you give us your email address or mobile number and agree to be contacted, we also keep a record of that consent (including its date, time, and method) so we can communicate with you about your orders and enquiries.

Chat information. If you use the chat assistant on our Site, we record the messages you exchange with it, along with technical information about your session. These conversations are processed by our customer service providers, including OpenAI, to operate the assistant and respond to you, and we keep them as part of our customer support records. By using the chat assistant, you consent to this recording and processing.

Dream Charm Studio information. If you use the Dream Charm Studio, we collect the descriptions, prompts, images and other input you submit ("User Input") and the resulting design, so we can generate your custom charm and fulfil your order. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information) in your User Input, and do not upload images of other people without their permission.

Loyalty program information. If you join our loyalty program, we collect purchase history, preferences, and any details you choose to give (such as date of birth) to run the program, award points, set tiers, and provide rewards. Participation is voluntary and you can opt out or request deletion at any time.

Communicating with you

We use the contact details you give us, such as your email address and mobile phone number, to communicate with you about your orders and your customer-support enquiries, for example order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to questions you raise. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send, and message frequency varies. Where messages are sent by text, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link they contain.

We share certain contact details, such as your email address, name and address, with our advertising partners, usually in hashed (encoded) form, to show you relevant ads and measure how our advertising performs. This is described in "Targeted advertising" below, and you can opt out at any time. Mobile phone numbers and consent collected for text messaging are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use your information

We use your personal information to provide products and services, process payments, ship and fulfil orders, generate your Dream Charm Studio designs, manage your account, communicate with you and provide customer support, run our loyalty program, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations. Where permitted, we also use it to send you information about products, services, and offers.

How we share your information

We share personal information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform their services. These include:

  • Shopify, which powers our online store. See Shopify's privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  • Payment, shipping, and fraud-prevention providers, to complete your orders.
  • Email and messaging providers, to deliver our communications with you about your orders and enquiries.
  • Customer service providers, including AI tools that help our team sort and handle your enquiries, which process the contents of your messages on our behalf. We may use past enquiries to improve how we and these tools handle future requests. We do not use your personal data to train large language models.
  • AI design providers, which power the Dream Charm Studio and process your User Input on our behalf to generate your design.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, as described in "Targeted advertising". These providers receive information about your activity on the Site and, for advertising partners, certain contact details such as your email address, name and address, usually in hashed form. They do not receive the contents of your communications with us.

We may also share personal information with our affiliates within our corporate group, disclose it to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request (such as a subpoena or warrant), or protect our rights.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient will be required to handle it in line with this Privacy Policy.

Shopify's enhanced features

To help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify features that combine information about your interactions with our store with information from other merchants and from Shopify. For these features, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to requests to exercise your rights over that use. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers), and you can exercise your rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal (https://privacy.shopify.com/en).

Third parties that receive data from the Site

When you use the Site, the following companies receive information such as your IP address, device information, the pages you view, and identifiers stored in cookies, for the purposes below. For visitors in the EEA and UK, the advertising and analytics services below only run if you consent, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

  • Advertising: Google (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Impact (affiliate partnerships)
  • Analytics and site improvement:
    • Google Analytics
    • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can improve the Site. Microsoft also processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
    • Shopify Analytics
    • Jedi Apps (product display analytics)
  • Email and marketing: Klaviyo
  • Customer service and appointments: Zoho, Calendly, OpenAI (chat assistant)
  • Store features: Automizely (product recommendations); Avada (cookie consent management), which uses GeoJS to determine your country from your IP address so we can show the right privacy choices
  • Content delivery: Our apps load files from content delivery networks, including jsDelivr, Cloudflare, Amazon CloudFront and Cloudlift, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC), which receives your IP address when a page loads (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Targeted advertising and your opt-out rights

We use some personal information to show you advertising that may interest you, including through Google Analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and other advertising partners. Depending on your state, this activity may be considered "targeted advertising", a "sale", or "sharing" of personal information under applicable law.

In addition to information collected through cookies and pixels, we share certain contact details, such as your email address, name and address, usually in hashed form, with advertising partners. We do this through direct connections from our store and through customer list uploads, so that our partners can match you to your accounts on their platforms, show you relevant ads and measure our advertising. Opting out through cookie settings stops browser-based sharing for that browser. To stop the sharing of contact details linked to you, use the form on our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page.

You can opt out at any time in any of these ways:

  • Use our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer.
  • Submit the form on our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page to opt out of the sharing of contact details linked to your email address.
  • Use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device and, if we can identify you (for example, because you are logged in to your account), for your account as well. When your opt-out has been applied, the link in our Site footer shows that you are opted out.
  • Opt out at the advertising-industry portals: Digital Advertising Alliance (http://optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (http://optout.networkadvertising.org).
  • Opt out of Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity to opt out. We process opt-out requests within 15 business days and pass them on to the third parties we have sold or shared your information with, as required by law.

How long a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or "session" cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience, and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser's "Tools" or "Preferences" menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies, see your browser's help file or sites such as www.allaboutcookies.org.

Additionally, please note that blocking cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or opt out of certain uses of your information by these parties, please follow the instructions in the "Targeted advertising and your opt-out rights" section above.

Do Not Track. Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to "Do Not Track" signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Information you share on third-party platforms, such as social networks, may be visible to other users of those platforms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date.
